Will I Always Get The Same Cleaner?

Yes, we will do our best to to match our residential clients with same cleaner every time! If by chance your assigned cleaner is unavailable you can allow a supervisor to step in and replace or we can simply reschedule

Do I have to be home with the technician?

We have plenty of clients who assign Top Knotch maintenance with keys or garage openers, so that we are able to clean their home or office while they are at work or away from their space, but we leave that decision up to our clients!

Will I need to sign a contract?

Depending on the service being requested, sometimes a contract is used to protect Top Knotch Maintenance and the client.

How do I know I can trust the technician in my home?

Top Knotch Maintenance operates with integrity, and our partners undergo a level one back ground check so you will always feel safe, with the partner assigned to complete your job!

What if I have a pet?

Top Knotch maintenance is fur baby friendly! We simply ask that you specify that at the time of the scheduled appointment and you have them secured while the job is being preformed!

What if my scheduled job falls on a holiday?

Top Knotch Maintenance will work with you the client to reschedule for a more convenient time!

Should I tip my technicians?

Tips are not expected, but we leave this choice up to our clients!

How many people will be in my home?

Depending on the job, between 1 and 2 technicians! Top Knotch Maintenance will notify you of this information before your scheduled cleaning!

How do I pay for my cleaning?

At the time of the clean, either cash, or a check. Your receipt will be emailed to you

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Top Knotch maintenance supplies all necessary products and equipment to complete all jobs. Please inform us if you have any preferences, at the time of the scheduling! Top Knotch Maintenance proudly allows our clients choose the products their house is being serviced with. 

What if I need to cancel?

We require a 24 hour notice.

Do I need to do anything before you arrive?

It is optional but if you have any personal items that you hold dear, we ask that you please secure them before we arrive! Anything else that is left out such as dishes or laundry we will do our best to put these items in their respectable places. 

What if I have a special request?

Let us know when scheduling, and we will do our best to fulfill your request.

Do your members speak any other language?

English is our staffs primary language, but please inform us at the time of the scheduling that you would prefer someone who speaks Spanish or who knows American Sign Language and we will do our best to accommodate you!

How does your pricing compare?

Our pricing is extremely competitive with our local competition.

Are you insured and Bonded?

Your home is in safe hands. We are insured and bonded, and we always maintains active workman's comp for our partners.

How will you gain access to my home?

With this you have a few options, you could be at home when we arrive to grant us access. Or you could leave a key under the mat and inform us to leave it some place safe when we leave. Or granting us access with a key pad.

Can I get all of this in writing?

Top Knotch provides contracts when it is in the best interest of the client.
